We loved the location - off the main road, just a short walk away from it (and the Turtle Beach). The room was spacious and comfy and it was great to have a fridge in the room! The staff was very helpful and always cheerful :) The pool was clean and large. We loved it!

All the staff were amazing. Memmet what one of the happiest, most welcoming hosts we have ever met. He arranged a snorkel trip for us which was excellent value, if a little crowded. The pool was lovely. The breakfast was simple but well cooked. The location is close to everything but you aren't on top of the noise. The mini bar/fridge was competitively priced so you didn't feel ripped off.

Great staff and service. Pool is nice and there is enough sunbeds. It's near to the beach, where is good to do snorkling. Peaceful place during the night, you do'nt hear party noices here. The best minibar on Gili island's so far with good prices!

Reception was easy, staff were amiable, competent, and knowledgeable. Included breakfast was quick and sufficient, grounds full of colourful plants and trees, overall layout of units with verandahs surrounding pool was inviting. WiFi was adequate.

Gili Palms Resort is clean and located close to the Gili T east-side strip, but far enough away to be quiet. Pool is refreshing and clean. Not sure why it's called a resort. No restaurant or spa, and it's much smaller than appears in pictures with narrow pool about 3 meters from each room. Rooms are also compact. 16 units surround the pool, all duplex style with adjoining room. This is good for families but we could hear neighbors through adjoining door. Each unit has a nice daybed for lounging on patio. Breakfast is small. Coffee/tea OR juice and Eggs/Nasi Goreng/OR fruit platter. Very good My House and Jali Kitchen restaurants are close by.

The staff were incredibly friendly and informative from helping us find activities, booking things, and sharing their knowledge about the island. The owner also donated land to a local charity supporting a cat shelter, and all the mini bar items are at shop prices as they want their guests to just be able to relax - which in my opinion shows their true characters. The resort is a 15min walk (which is lovely) to the night market place/ main harbour which suited us as it was nice and quiet and relaxing. They also have bikes for hire at the resort which is convenient. The resort it also very close to turtle point where you can practically see turtles by just walking into the water 50m. If I return to Gili T I will be coming back here for sure. Thank you again for the amazing stay.

I booked this place last minute as i got my dates wrong and arrived at the island a day early. Mehmet is a great host! Very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and peaceful. After doing the Rinjani hike that day and arriving late, all i needed was a place to relax and a beer…. And what a mini bar it is! I checked in, had a few followed by a great nights sleep! I only stayed the one night but would happily stay again.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The mini fridge was reasonable and restocked everyday so no need to go out and buy water from the shops. It was cleaned each day and the free breakfast was a bonus! Great location, near all the action, but still quiet if you wanted an early night.

Large, clean rooms. Good air con. Nice patio / terrace with each room. Good facilities. Felt very safe. Friendly and very helpful staff (especially Memet who booked snorkelling and fast boats for us). Location - 2 minutes walk from Turtle Beach and close to the bars (but not too close) and scuba schools. Also close to Jali Kitchen and Tiki Bar which are great restaurants. Gili Golf (mini golf and bar with pool, table tennis and darts) is just opposite. Swimming pool. Mini bar. Bike rental.

Everything was great, staff and manager lovely people, comfort, half pool was covered in shadow which was great in hot days, was also clean, we can boil hot water anytime we wanted for coffee, you can rent bikes there. Close to turtle point beach where You can swim with turtles. Recommend! We will come back again!
